Girl Talk is a safe space for curious pre-teen girls 10 to 13 years of age.
Our class participants engage in fun activities and lively discussions about girlhood/womanhood and getting the most of this tricky transition. We focus on building skills for confidence, leadership, healthy habits, effective communication, stress management, and fulfilling relationships.
We present a variety of topics that may include: cliques, crushes, social media savvy, friendship boundaries, relational aggression, sleep hygiene, peer pressure, street smarts, popularity, assertiveness, girl power, body image, finding your own style and more!
Girl Talk is an ongoing group. We meet weekly, throughout the year. We meet on weekdays after school. We break during holidays. Our classes are small, tailored and led by therapists and psychologists.
Please call or email us to learn more and schedule an Intake Consult session.
Our social emotional classes do not allow drop in and class times are not posted. Teletherapy is provided for this class as needed. We also provide a Co-ed Tween Space class at Seesaw.
