Derek is a Postdoctoral Fellow in Clinical Psychology.  He earned his B.A from Georgetown University and his M.A in special education from American University. He worked as an Education Specialist in Washington DC for five years before he decided to pursue his doctorate. Derek earned his Ph.D. in School Psychology from UC Berkeley.

Derek joined our team at Seesaw in August 2025. He conducts neuropsychological evaluations and therapy. He is attaining his licensure hours. His clinical supervisor is Sabrina Gabel, Ph.D.
