Lian Zhu, Ph.D.
Lian is a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist. She earned her B.A from Northwestern University and her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Her postdoctoral fellowship training was at Stanford Children’s Hospital.
Lian has expertise in treatments for anxiety, mood disorders, autism, eating disorders, and behavioral difficulties in children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in engaging her clients in evidence-based therapies including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Lian joined our team at Seesaw in the Summer of 2020. She provides therapy and parent coaching with children, adolescents, and adults.
