Monica is an undergraduate student at UC Berkeley studying Neuroscience. She has special interests in child psychology, parenting, and education.

Monica works as a research assistant at the Gopnik Lab at UC Berkeley. She is currently involved in a research project studying children’s intuitive understanding of caregiving relationships. Monica was born and raised in San Diego. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the beach, and hiking. She speaks fluent English and Cantonese, and some Mandarin.

Monica joined our team at Seesaw and Nurture in summer 2026. She works as a practicum student assisting in groups and community outreach projects.
